- If you have symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath or fever you should self isolate and speak with a doctor. If you are well enough you should complete the form here to see if you require testing and a doctor can get back to you during the normal working hours.
At this stage most non-essential out patients appointments in our hospitals have been cancelled - Please DO NOT call us in reference to cancelled hospital appointments they will be rescheduled when this health crisis is over .
ADVICE ON ISOLATING
- People who have been advised to self isolate (due to travel/ awaiting test/ unwell etc.) must complete a minimum of 14 days of self isolation at home. If you become unwell during this time you should contact a doctor urgently.
- Household contacts of anyone who is self isolating are now advised to restrict their movements and isolate at home for 14 days from the time the person close to them began self isolating. If you become unwell during this time you should contact a doctor.
