Arranging a COVID PCR Test:

If you have symptoms of COVID and are unable to get an appointment through the HSE booking you have 2 main options:

  1. If you feel well enough to manage at home by yourself but just want a GP to request a COVID test on your behalf, you can complete the request form below. NOTE: These forms are reviewed twice a day, Monday to Friday. After 2pm on a Friday, or on bank holidays, you should contact D Doc on 1850 22-44-77 or continue to check the HSE website.

  2. If you have symptoms of COVID and feel you require GP advice you should make an Urgent Appointment by either clicking here, phoning the surgery, or calling D Doc on 1850 22-44-77.
