Repeat Prescription Request

Repeat prescriptions can be requested through Pippo or using below form or a repeat prescription request form can also be filled in at the practice.

Prescription requests are not accepted over the phone.

If it has been more than 6 months since you have consulted your doctor or you are taking medications that require blood-test monitoring and/or a blood pressure check, we may advise you by text or email that a consultation is necessary before your repeat prescription can be issued safely.

Please be advised this form is not for requesting acute medicines antibiotics, steroids or pain relief. Please book an appointment with a doctor if you think you require these medicines.

Please allow up to 72hrs (3 working days) for your prescription request to be completed.

Please check with your nominated pharmacy that they have received your prescription before you call us to check if we sent it.
